    “My issue has always been going back to sleep after waking up in the early hours of the morning, nothing ever seemed to work. I would wake up to go to the toilet and then my brain would kick in and I would be ready to start my day at 3am! I was a bit sceptical but this has got rid of any and all sleep issues for me. When I wake up I am able to fall back asleep quickly and easily, without even the use of the "fall back to sleep" meditation now. I massively recommend this course for anyone who has any issues with sleep.”

    “I was very skeptical at first, knowing I'm generally a very light sleeper and thinking I had established my own good 'sleep routines', for winding down for bed, darkened room, no flashing or bright lights etc and reading to calm my mind on my iPad in night mode. Since the first day/ night of listening to the day and bedtime sessions, my sleep was SO much deeper, easy to relax into/ fall asleep (without reading at bedtime) and honestly so effective for myself that I let my 6 year old son (who barely slept for the first 4 years of his life!) listen to it at bedtime on my second night. He'd generally wake up around 3/4am every night to go to the bathroom and would wake me to go with him....the first night after listening to just the bedtime recording he didn't wake until morning time. It has continued, which is AMAZING, as it means I'm not woken in the middle of the night and need to struggle to fall back to sleep! I have used the 'go back to sleep' recording after being woken by our children before 5am on Easter morning....we sent them back to bed and then listened to the recording and both myself and my husband fell back to sleep again to wake more rested at a more decent time. Lindsay, I cannot thank you enough....as I've said to you I haven't been religiously listening to the daytime recording but will try and make the time for it as much as possible in my day as I can see the huge benefit already from the bedtime recording. What an incredible feeling, that something this simple can have such a huge effect. Thank-you x”

    “A peaceful night's sleep at last. I have enjoyed this course so much, I would say I've completed it...but it never really ends. The new skills I've been able to develop as part of this course, can be carried forward to the next night and I'm still learning each day how to breathe deeper, relax further and allow my stresses and strains to float away. I love the imagery she conjures and I've never heard of the rest sign before. I thought it would take effort at first...but soon realised itv wasn't necessary. BRILLIANT. I am also pleased the learn about it. I can genuinely feel the energy travelling around the body fluidly. This is quite a revelation to me. The daytime and happy place meditations are perfect for preparing my place of tranquillity. The nighttime falling asleep meditation is so calming to listen to, in fact I've just taken a deep breath of calm just thinking about it. Unlike other meditations I've listened to, she speaks throughout the entire meditation. This took two listens to get used to but now i realise that the consistency and timing of her speaking is actually very calming. When I listen to Headspace or other meditations/mindfulness I sometimes find I'm waiting for the next thing to be said, this actually makes me unconsciously pensive and I've even jumped when I've heard the voice despite expecting it. With the tone of voice and consistent timing of dialogue, there are no surprises, no mini jolts of surprise, simply calm, crystal clear words of peace and relaxation. Therefore, this is perfect for lullabying me to sleep with markedly less tension across my entire body, deeper, calmer breath and a general sense of well being. The immediate benefits I can report are waking far more energetically, in fact I'm gently waking 10-15 mins before my alarm goes off at 5:30 to start my Miracle Morning. AND, this entire week I've not deflated around 3pm with the desperate need for an afternoon nap. Now I have all the tools I need to ensure a good nights sleep and a far more energetic start to the new day!”
